General Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Construction Services Operations & Programs, the Construction Project Manager II provides client school districts with assistance in planning and constructing new or modernized school facilities. This is the second of three levels in the professional Project Management job series and focuses on successful K-12 building projects, finishing them on time and within budget. Project Manager II positions take on more responsibility and receive less supervision (than Project Manager I positions) in the overall coordination, implementation, execution and control of multi-phase capital construction projects; and are usually performed in small to mid-size school districts. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Salary: The full range for this position is $112,696.53 - $138,434.68. Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
