About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager II to independently lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. You'll own successful product installations and customer onboarding — managing timelines, expectations, and cross-functional resources with solid judgment. This role involves extensive, hands-on customer interaction, often in live hospital environments, and requires someone who can clearly communicate, document thoroughly, and guide customers confidently through the full implementation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Implementation & Delivery
- Independently lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, owning timelines and driving accountability
- Manage on-site installations and go-lives in hospital environments, proactively anticipating and resolving issues
- Integrate products and services with customer systems and processes
- Ensure timely completion of internal and project documentation
Customer Relationship & Communication
- Build customer rapport and manage expectations through confident, consistent communication
- Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted customer support resource when needed
Technical & Project Guidance
- Guide site assessments and requirements gathering, applying implementation best practices
- Coordinate client and internal resources, assigning and tracking project tasks
- Partner with Engineering, Service, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Training & Product Expertise
- Deliver advanced product training on our core product lines (scrubEx, alEx, scrubBank) and develop training materials
- Lead consultation on new and existing products for customers and internal teams
- Provide product information and support to the broader team as needed
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor team members on products, best practices, and customer education
- Model best-in-class communication and implementation execution for less experienced PMs
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of hands-on implementation or project management experience, ideally customer-facing or in healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full implementation lifecycle
- Strong project management skills — planning, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working in hospital environments and adapting to on-site conditions
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and support project delivery
- Experience with Project Management tools (Asana, Plainview, JIRA, Monday.com)
- PMP required; CSM a nice to have
