IDR is seeking a Project Manager II- New Product Development to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, Georgia. This role involves leading large-scale projects within a dynamic industry, focusing on strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Position Overview for the Project Manager II- NPD:
- Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and manage strategic project plans, including schedules, KPIs, and budgets for high-impact initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to optimize collaboration and resource utilization.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to executive stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements for the Project Manager II- NPD:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of project management or product development experience, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
- Experience in new product development project management.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and executive communication skills.
