You will plan and guide end-to-end delivery using Agile, predictive, or hybrid approaches, applying SDLC practices as appropriate to ensure work is coordinated, risks are managed, and stakeholders stay aligned from concept through stabilization. Depending on experience, you may lead high visibility, enterprise initiatives with significant organizational impact and operate with moderate to high autonomy.

Lead cross-functional teams to align priorities, remove obstacles, facilitate decisions, and deliver shared outcomes.
Provide clear, timely, and decision-ready communication and reporting to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency.

Translate business needs into actionable plans by bridging business and technology priorities to deliver practical solutions.
Apply organizational governance standards and planning discipline, including resource forecasting and delivery controls.
Partner with sponsors to define expected outcomes and track progress toward successful delivery.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Architect and lead delivery strategies for large, complex, enterprise initiatives, defining governance models, sequencing, team structures, and integration approaches.
Lead enterprise-level, cross-functional teams with minimal oversight, influencing across business areas, technology domains, and external partners.
Own delivery outcomes and value realization, proactively managing interdependencies, enterprise risks, resource constraints, and evolving priorities.
Partner with executive sponsors to define intended business value and measure realized benefits (e.g., cost savings, efficiency, growth, risk reduction, experience improvements).
Apply governance rigor appropriate to initiative scale and complexity; inform portfolio-level planning through refined forecasting and resource modeling.
Provide strategic business and technical leadership, engaging architects and senior stakeholders to assess system impacts and guide informed decisions.
Advance enterprise delivery capability by promoting consistent practices, strengthening governance, and improving tools and ways of working.
Navigate complex organizational dynamics with executive presence, integrity, and strong influence.
