Title: Project Manager II Location: Philadelphia, PA (100% remote) Type: Contract
Our direct client is seeking a Project Manager II who will be responsible for process documentation and business readiness, working with cross-functional teams and various levels across the organization to drive project deliverables.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead the inventory, creation, update, and maintenance of process documentation related to spinoff activities.
Partner with business owners and subject matter experts to document current state and future state processes.
Develop process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, checklists, and operational runbooks.
Maintain document repositories and ensure version control standards are followed.
Identify documentation gaps, process dependencies, and opportunities for standardization.
Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
Assist project leaders with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare agendas, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
Monitor project timelines and proactively escalate potential delays or risks.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and stakeholder communication plans.
Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure action items are completed on schedule.
Serve as a liaison between business teams, vendors, HR, benefits, payroll, finance, technology, and other functional areas.
Gather requirements, document decisions, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
