Description
This remote contract role involves managing project resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with time-tracking and auditing, and supporting IT and information security projects.
The position requires proficiency in project management tools and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the setup and tracking of operational codes in project management tools.
Partner with resource managers to monitor budgets and identify discrepancies.
Conduct audits of timesheet submissions for compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve time-allocation issues.
Support annual planning and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
Experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
Proficient in timesheet and resource management tools.
Strong data-auditing and analysis skills.
Experience in budget tracking and resource forecasting.
Proactive support mindset with strong team collaboration skills.
