About the Role

We are looking for an neurology focused Project Manager II to lead regional, the US, and global clinical trials, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in scope. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, you will drive successful project execution while maintaining compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.

What will your job look like?

  • Manage all aspects of clinical trial operations including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor oversight.

  • Serve as primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor project progress, financials, and risks; implement mitigation strategies.

  • Lead client, investigator, and internal team meetings.

  • Oversee site contract and budget negotiations, invoicing, and expense tracking.

  • Ensure team training, performance management, and compliance with SOPs.

  • Support bid defense preparation and represent project management in business development.

  • Provide mentorship to junior staff

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree in the life science space

  • Advanced degree preferred

  • Oncology experience required

  • Rare disease, immunology, neurology experience preferred

  • Proven clinical research experience, including ownership and delivery of clinical trial projects in a project management capacity

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues

  • Proficient in financial management and project management tools

  • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to manage global, cross-functional teams and culturally diverse settings

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Willingness to travel as needed
