Job Title: Project Manager III
Location: Bend, OR
Pay Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr on W2
Duration: 10+ Months Contract (Possible Extension or Full-Time Conversion)

Key Requirements
5-10 years of Project Management experience
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
HVAC and Automation experience required
Strong leadership and customer management skills
Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and profitability

Key Responsibilities
Lead project execution from project award through completion.
Manage multiple cross-functional project teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary customer contact for operational and project-related matters.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program profitability.
Coordinate with Account Managers on customer communications and scope changes.
Drive project governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
Facilitate lessons learned sessions and project closeout activities.
Mentor and support project team members to achieve project objectives.
Develop and execute mid-to-long-term program strategies with internal teams.
