Job Description:
- Lead technical projects for Advanced Optics division.
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Work with internal teams and customers to deliver programs successfully.
- Track progress from start to completion and ensure business goals are met.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust strategy as needed.
- Communicate project status, direction, and updates to stakeholders.
- Support product testing, manufacturing readiness, and implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Optical/Mechanical or related preferred).
- 5–7+ years of project management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
