Description

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the AdTech OTECH Project Management department. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities related to the Small Vehicle program, ensuring alignment with Oceaneering''s organizational procedures, work scope requirements, and budgets. This role involves reviewing and evaluating project progress, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficient project execution.

Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world''s premier fleet of work class ROVs. Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.

  • Bachelor''s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferred.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and methodologies.
