We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionPosition Summary:• The Product Management Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for facilitation, oversight and project management of all phases and project tasks for assigned projects. The PM is responsible for identifying and maintaining the overall project plan, proactively monitoring critical path, resource, schedule, and risks.• The PM manages cross-functional project resources (including vendors and contractors) against requirements and timeline while meeting the project objectives and cost targets to ensure successful project execution.• The PM sets clear expectations for the team, facilitates productive team meetings, establishes roles and responsibilities and manages satisfaction relative to deliverables. The PM will assist the team in identifying validation requirements related to all Tech Transfer activities.• The PM manages final implementation and effectively communicates to all stakeholders.• The PM facilitates the communication of expectations, status, risks and issues and resolving any gaps. The PM coordinates and communicates with business partners and executive management to ensure the alignment of plan objectives, and to mitigate risks. The PM is responsible for preparation of actionable updates for discussion and decision-making by the project Sponsors.• The PM acts as lead and subject matter expert with regard to project management techniques for the assigned projects. The PM provides direction, mentoring and coaching to other team members.QualificationsTechnology Transfer and medical devices experience.
