About the Role

• This is a Project Manager III position for a critical priority application project with the State of Wisconsin's Division of Unemployment Insurance.
• The successful candidate will lead staff in development, maintenance, and support of applications.
• The role involves working on high-priority development projects, including application architecture design and development, integration with 3rd party software, and data conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in the development, maintenance, and support of critical priority applications.
• Play an integral role on self-directed work teams in support of high-priority development projects.
• Design and develop applications, integrate with 3rd party software, and perform data conversion.
• Ensure availability to meet workload requirements and attend scheduled meetings during standard working hours.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience
• 6 years of Agile/Scrum experience
• 6 years of TFS/AzureDevOps/Jira experience
• At least 1 year of previous work in government and claim processing
• Expertise in C#, Object Oriented Design, MVC/MVVM, Visual Studio .NET Core, MS Team Foundation Server/AzureDevOps, Oracle/SQL/Oracle PL-SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Cloud experience
• Application development experience
