    Varstaff is looking for a Project Manager.

    Job Description

    As a Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end operational supply chain activities of the organization. You will oversee production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, and distribution while leveraging data analysis to forecast demand, evaluate vendor performance, and optimize supply chain efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage tasks related to production planning, materials purchasing, inventory control, price setting, vendor selection, and distribution.

    • Monitor the movement of raw materials, in-process goods, and completed merchandise to meet production needs and customer expectations.

    • Collect supply chain data and prepare analyses to accurately forecast demand and predict inventory needs.

    • Maintain active contact with vendors and submit purchase orders or requisitions to ensure a continuous, uninterrupted supply of goods.

    • Evaluate existing supply chain processes and implement tactical changes to improve overall efficiency and performance.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven end-to-end supply chain experience spanning planning, purchasing, inventory, and distribution operations.

    • Experience managing vendors and executing purchasing activities, including purchase orders (POs), requisitions, and supplier coordination.

    • Experience using data and analysis to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, or improve core supply chain workflows.
