Job Summary
The Collier County Public Utilities Department is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to direct, guide, assist, and coordinate the planning, design, procurement, and construction of capital improvement projects supporting the Departments utility infrastructure, in the water, wastewater, and solid waste divisions This position manages projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, fiscal responsibility, and timely delivery.
The Project Manager provides technical leadership in capital project delivery, contract administration, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination while collaborating with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to deliver sustainable infrastructure improvements that enhance public services and support the Countys long-term operational goals.
