Location/Division Specific Information Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose drug manufacturing and development within our Drug Product Division (PSG).
About the Role Our Project Managers are influential leaders, managing each projects profit and loss (P&L). They create shared value for our customers and our business, serving patients globally. This team is pivotal in navigating complex development projects.
How You'll Make an Impact Manage client projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Serve as the primary contact for clients, representing the company. Lead project teams, providing coaching and feedback. Ensure all project deliverables are met by the team. Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations. Resolve project issues and resource constraints with leadership support. Communicate risks and develop mitigation plans. Complete revenue recognition and financial reporting. Conduct project close-out activities and identify lessons learned. Gather client feedback and address it with the team.
Requirements Diploma Required Bachelor's degree with relevant experience preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience; pharmaceutical development experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Strong understanding of project management principles. • Knowledge of GMP and the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. • Attention to detail and commitment to project timelines. • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. • PMP certification or PMBOK knowledge preferred.
