Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager III for a Contract job with a client in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital product development, Agile project management, business process transformation, and value case development, along with the ability to support cross-functional teams in delivering strategic technology and operational initiatives.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager III Job Responsibilities Include:

• Support digital product teams in defining business capabilities, evaluating operational needs, and developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and product strategies.

• Develop business cases, value projections, investment estimates, and benefit realization metrics while ensuring alignment with product goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Track objectives and key results (OKRs) and support measurement of product performance, value realization, and operational outcomes.

• Identify business risks and key assumptions, support experimentation efforts, and collaborate with product teams to validate and refine strategic initiatives.

• Define and document current-state and future-state business processes while supporting operational transformation and organizational change efforts.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Three to five years of experience in project management, product management, business transformation, consulting, operations, or related business functions.

• Experience supporting digital product teams, Agile delivery environments, or business transformation initiatives.

• Strong experience developing business cases, value assessments, financial models, and investment analyses for strategic projects.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of future-state solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within utility, energy, infrastructure, or regulated industry environments.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, product lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience supporting organizational change management, business process redesign, and operational improvement programs.

• Familiarity with financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, investment planning, and value realization tracking.

• Ability to support technical and business workstreams including governance activities, vendor evaluations, RFP support, and project portfolio management initiatives.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $56.00 per hour
