Must Have

• 10–15 years of Software Project/Program Management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional software development projects
• Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and quality systems
• Experience with JIRA, MS Project, project schedules, WBS, risk, budget, and dependency management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Medical device software development
• FDA, EU MDR, IEC 62304, and regulated software lifecycle experience
• Cybersecurity and cloud-connected devices
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or SAFe certification
• Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Lead software development and integration projects from planning through execution.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Cybersecurity, Clinical, and Operations.
• Ensure SDLC compliance, software verification/validation, cybersecurity, and regulatory documentation.
• Support design reviews, phase-gate reviews, and regulatory submissions.
• Track project status, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
