Position: Project Manager – Impact Windows (Bilingual: Spanish/English Required)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential impact window projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background specifically in windows and doors installation and will be comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Important Requirement:
Applicants must have direct project management experience in windows and doors. Roofing and general construction experience will not be considered.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in windows and doors.
• Hands-on experience in residential window installation projects.

Key Skills:

• Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve project-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities:

• Manage residential window installation projects from scheduling through completion.
• Coordinate and communicate with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and complete punch lists for each project.
• Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Proactively address and resolve installation, scheduling, and project-related concerns.
