Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
- Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M
- Delivering on time and within budge projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis
- Create and maintain the master schedule
- Assist in preconstruction planning
- Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
- Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects
- Provide feedback during estimating and project buyout

The Successful Applicant:
- 2-4+ years of experience working on multifamily projects
- Land development experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
- Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
- Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
- Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement).
- Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
- Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required.
- Familiarity with Procore
