Description Glimpse of your role:Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completionReport directly into the Director & President of ConstructionServe as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safetyManage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management toolsPartner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvementDeliver projects ranging from $$20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline Profile What We're Looking For:5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
