Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications with a focus on technical project requirements. Lead client meetings and provide consistent progress updates. Manage cost control, change orders, and project financials. Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions. Direct experience delivering industrial and/or cold storage (refrigerated) projects. Strong understanding of temperature-controlled environments, insulation systems, and MEP coordination. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance. Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
