Industrial Construction Project Manager
Our client is a well-established industrial contractor based near Grover, NC, serving clients within a two-hour radius of the Shelby market. The company specializes in small industrial construction projects and offers a highly rewarding compensation structure for individuals who can develop business and drive revenue growth.
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
