Job Description
The Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Travel will be responsible for:
- Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and overall project execution.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project financial performance and maintain cost controls.
- Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety objectives are achieved.
- Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
- Provide leadership to project teams and support field operations.
- Travel throughout the Southeast region to oversee project activities and maintain client relationships.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing schedule and budget impacts.
- Deliver projects that meet client expectations and company performance goals.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager - Industrial Construction - Travel should have:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout a project lifecycle.
- Experience managing project financials, cost controls, and forecasting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the Southeast region as required.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
