Job Description

Lead Technical Delivery On Complex Industrial ProjectsYou will report directly into Senior Leadership and be responsible for:Leading all technical aspects of projects while ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality targetsCoordinating engineering disciplines across design, manufacturing, and construction phasesActing as the single point of contact for all technical matters with clients, partners, and subcontractorsSupporting proposal and sales teams by reviewing specifications and contributing to bid developmentConducting technical clarification meetings and issuing bid-stage technical documentationReviewing and validating thermal designs and key engineering deliverablesDeveloping piping and instrumentation diagrams and overseeing technical documentationSizing and selecting industrial equipment including pumps, piping, valves, and vacuum systemsPreparing functional descriptions and project-related proceduresSupporting procurement by preparing RFQs and evaluating vendor bidsResolving technical issues during manufacturing, construction, and NCR processesSupporting construction teams and assisting with onsite technical challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
