Description

The Project Manager will work with the onsite superintendent to help deliver the project from start to finish. The Project Manager will support the Project Executive in daily operations to complete this project on time and within budget.

Description

  • Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Provide accurate reporting and updates to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager candidate should have

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on Large Industrial, federal, or commercial construction projects
    • Strong track record of managing $50M+ construction projects
    • Prior experience with defense contractors a HUGE PLUS!
    • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
    • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
