Job Description
Project Manager
The Project Manager will report directly into the Manager of Projects and be responsible for:
- Lead and manage projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
- Coordinate logistics, expediting, documentation, and project reporting.
- Review contracts and technical specifications to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage project budgets and support change order processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
- Monitor supplier performance related to quality, scope, delivery, and cost.
- Mentor junior project management personnel and support departmental initiatives.
- Assist with warranty resolution and continuous process improvement efforts.

The successful applicant:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Has 5-7 years of project management and/or engineering experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, or related environments.
- Has a strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Has experience working with technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Has effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor experience preferred.
- Has exposure to international customers and suppliers is a plus.
- Is willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
