The Project Manager will report directly into the Manager of Projects and be responsible for:
Lead and manage projects from kickoff through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
Coordinate logistics, expediting, documentation, and project reporting.
Review contracts and technical specifications to identify risks and opportunities.
Manage project budgets and support change order processes.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
Monitor supplier performance related to quality, scope, delivery, and cost.
Mentor junior project management personnel and support departmental initiatives.
Assist with warranty resolution and continuous process improvement efforts.

The successful applicant:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Has 5-7 years of project management and/or engineering experience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, or related environments.
Has a strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Has experience working with technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Has effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Has experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Is proficient with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor experience preferred.
Has exposure to international customers and suppliers is a plus.
Is willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
