Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.

Profile

The Successful Construction Project Manager will have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in light industrial and tilt-up construction projects.
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Understands and is up to date with CM software
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera
