Description

The Project Manager will oversee multiple product development projects, ensuring successful execution through structured project management methodologies and stage-gate processes. This individual will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, communicate progress to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to achieve business objectives.

• Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate engineering, technical, and cross-functional project teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resource constraints.
• Provide regular project updates and stage-gate reviews to leadership.

Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced project leader with a background managing technical or engineered products in a manufacturing environment. They will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to drive projects to completion in a collaborative team setting.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum five years of product or project management experience.
• Experience leading new product development projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• PMP certification preferred.
