Description

- Lead full project lifecycle for ground-up industrial builds
* Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations
* Oversee preconstruction coordination and cost controls
* Ensure quality, safety, and on-time project delivery
* Partner with senior leadership on strategy and execution

Profile

* 5-12 years' experience in commercial construction project management
* Strong ground-up industrial or tilt-wall project experience
* Background with reputable GCs (industrial-focused preferred)
* Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million projects
* Willingness to travel occasionally for project support

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000-$160,000 + bonus
* 10% bonus + ESOP participation
* 401k with match after 3 months
* Immediate hire on major, high-value projects
