We are seeking a Project Manager Information Technology Senior to join our team.

    Location: Irving, TX 75039 (100% On-site)

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Start Date: 08/10/2026

    End Date: 10/31/2026

In this role, you will plan, direct, and monitor complex enterprise-wide IT projects under executive leadership. You will oversee projects through every phase of the lifecycle—from requirements gathering, design, and testing to change management, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews across multiple enterprise locations.

Note: Proof of education (or equivalent relevant experience) is required upon submission.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Project Leadership: Manage complex, enterprise-wide IT projects following established PMO/PPMO methodologies, policies, and documentation standards.
    • Full-Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee requirements gathering, vendor statements of work, design, coding, testing, training, change management, and go-live operations.
    • Governance & Documentation: Create and maintain project charters, budget trackers, RACI charts, status reports, steering committee decks, GLRA documentation, and audit-ready records.
    • Risk & Dependency Management: Establish critical-path milestones, identify risks early, and develop practical mitigation strategies for executive leadership and steering committees.
    • Training & User Readiness: Partner with IS Training teams and vendors to ensure full system testing, user competency validation, and go-live super-user support.
    • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to Project Coordinators and PM I/II team members.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in an Information Systems environment (Proof of education required for submission).
    • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience working on IT project teams, gathering requirements, and performing business analysis.
    • Scope: Proven track record managing projects of varying scope and complexity.
    • Clinical PM Experience: Direct experience with clinical project implementation and management.
    • On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX 75039, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification strongly preferred.
    • EHR Systems: Hands-on experience with Epic or Meditech.
    • Healthcare Environment: Prior experience within a large, multi-hospital system or health plan.
    • Clinical Background: Formal clinical education or background.

    What Will Make You Successful

    • Ability to independently manage complex projects and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
    • Clear, concise communication when presenting status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and steering committees.
    • Strong consensus-building skills to bring stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams together.
    • Meticulous organization and commitment to maintaining complete, audit-ready documentation.
    • A natural mentorship approach to help guide and grow junior project management staff.
