Governance & Documentation: Create and maintain project charters, budget trackers, RACI charts, status reports, steering committee decks, GLRA documentation, and audit-ready records.
Risk & Dependency Management: Establish critical-path milestones, identify risks early, and develop practical mitigation strategies for executive leadership and steering committees.
Training & User Readiness: Partner with IS Training teams and vendors to ensure full system testing, user competency validation, and go-live super-user support.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to Project Coordinators and PM I/II team members.
Required Qualifications
Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent relevant experience in an Information Systems environment (Proof of education required for submission).
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience working on IT project teams, gathering requirements, and performing business analysis.
Scope: Proven track record managing projects of varying scope and complexity.
Clinical PM Experience: Direct experience with clinical project implementation and management.
On-Site Availability: Ability to work on-site in Irving, TX 75039, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMP/PMI) certification strongly preferred.
EHR Systems: Hands-on experience with Epic or Meditech.
Healthcare Environment: Prior experience within a large, multi-hospital system or health plan.

What Will Make You Successful
Ability to independently manage complex projects and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
Clear, concise communication when presenting status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and steering committees.
Strong consensus-building skills to bring stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams together.
Meticulous organization and commitment to maintaining complete, audit-ready documentation.
