Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience leading enterprise infrastructure and technology programs. This role requires onsite presence in Denver, CO at least 4 days per week and focuses on delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and Agile project execution across infrastructure and network environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise infrastructure projects including network design, hardware installations, network implementation, load balancing, and firewall configurations
• Lead medium to large-scale complex programs
• Develop business roadmaps aligned with priorities and objectives
• Translate requirements into end-to-end project plans
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define, align, and execute project plans
• Convert strategic vision into program scope and execution strategy
• Partner with business and technical teams to define solutions
• Facilitate joint planning sessions across business and IT teams
• Develop and maintain integrated program schedules (requirements, development, QA, deployment)
• Manage Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Track and report program metrics and KPIs
• Build and maintain JIRA boards, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Identify industry trends and recommend alternative solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure programs
• Experience with network design, hardware installations, load balancing, firewall configurations, and implementation
• Experience managing medium to large-scale complex programs
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Advanced JIRA experience (boards, dashboards, reporting)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Chalkpages
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications
