Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure Services
Location: Pontiac, MI (Hybrid - 2 Days/Week On-Site)
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion to Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $70/hour
Position Overview
Project Manager on multiple projects across Infrastructure Services.
Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
Determine and work with supervision to acquire required project resources.
Oversee project progress and workload throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and evaluation matrices to select vendor products.
Write contract Scope of Deliverables.
Follow and contribute to process and standards updates and creation.
Manage project risks, issues, and action items.
Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, including meeting minutes.
Manage communications, including end-user communications, broadcasts, and IT notifications.
Monitor and report on project KPIs.
