Description

* Manage billings, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation
* Lead Owner, Architect, and project coordination meetings
* Oversee inspections, permitting, and certificate of occupancy requirements
* Maintain project schedules with input from field and procurement teams
* Coordinate project execution with accounting, engineering, and site teams

Profile

* 5-7 years of Project Manager experience
* Institutional renovation experience in occupied buildings
* Strong contract administration and project controls expertise
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Must live within 45 minutes of Plantation, FL

Job Offer

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
