Project Manager (institutional renovations)

Description

* Manage contract administration, including billings, RFIs, and change orders.

* Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.

* Oversee permitting, inspections, and certificate of occupancy requirements.

* Manage project schedules in partnership with superintendents, procurement, and project engineering teams.

* Drive successful execution of institutional renovation projects within occupied facilities.

Profile

s* 5-7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.

* Experience managing institutional renovation projects in active buildings.

* Strong knowledge of RFIs, change orders, billings, and contract administration.

* Excellent communicator with proven client-facing experience.

* Resides within approximately 45 minutes of Plantation, FL.

Job Offer

6) What's on Offer Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 base salary.
