Project Manager
Our client is a nationally recognized commercial construction firm known for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including corporate interiors, healthcare, industrial, and mixed-use developments. With a reputation built on collaboration, innovation, and long-term client relationships, they continue to be one of the most respected contractors in the Southeast. As their Atlanta team continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior construction projects to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage commercial interior construction projects from award to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Lead subcontractor coordination and project team communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants
Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities
Monitor project performance and proactively resolve challenges
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The successful applicant will have:
5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering corporate interiors, tenant improvements, workplace, or other interior fit-out projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
