Interior Project ManagerManage interior construction projects valued between $100K and $5M. Oversee office and healthcare tenant improvement projects, with a focus on $300K-$2M. Lead multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of delivery. Facilitate OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and maintain clear communication. Review, approve, and manage project change orders. Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure project timelines are met within 6-16 week schedules. Utilise Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously is needed. Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
