Interior Project ManagerManage interior construction projects valued between $100K and $5M. Oversee office and healthcare tenant improvement projects, with a focus on $300K-$2M. Lead multiple projects simultaneously across different phases of delivery. Facilitate OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and maintain clear communication. Review, approve, and manage project change orders. Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensure project timelines are met within 6-16 week schedules. Utilise Procore and MS Office for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure quality execution.This established, privately held contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interior construction projects with precision and care. Proven experience managing commercial or healthcare interior projects is required. Demonstrated ability to run projects from inception to completion is necessary. Experience leading OAC meetings and managing stakeholder communication is essential. Strong background in handling and approving change orders is required. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously is needed. Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on integrity, transparency, and collaboration are necessary.
