Job Description

• Manage multiple construction renovation projects simultaneously, with project values up to $50M.
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and profitability.
• Lead project communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Collaborate with leadership to support ongoing business growth and project success.
• Serve as a key Project Manager responsible for delivering exceptional renovation projects nationwide.
• Provide leadership and direction as a Project Manager while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree required; Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• Experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects.
• Hospitality renovation experience preferred but not required.
• Candidates from multifamily amenities, corporate interiors, healthcare renovations, or similar project environments will also be considered.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
