Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Manage interior construction projects from design development through final turnover
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract scopes, and change management processes
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for interior scopes
Resolve field issues and proactively mitigate project risks
Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and clients

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects
Strong understanding of interior trades
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with construction schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Proficiency with project management software and MS Office tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
