We are currently offering a limited number of Internship Opportunities to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.Key Responsibilities:Experience all aspects of construction process, from Pre-Construction to CloseoutEstimate projectsReview construction documents for completeness and constructability Define scopes and negotiate contractsManage subcontractors, material deliveries, safety compliance and quality controlIdentify methods to ensure efficiency and successful project completion Provide support to Project Managers as requestedSummary of Qualifications: Enrolled in a Construction Management or Business program Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enthusiasm and professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A highly motivated self-starter Preferred Skills:Efficient and productive worker that can adjust to heavy workloadsTakes initiative and is forward thinkingAbility to set appropriate priorities based on organizational needsHas a sense of urgency and gets things done in a timely manner to achieve goalsUnderstands the needs of our staff and can adaptGood written, oral, and listening skillsReady to build your future with us?
