Job Title: Project Manager

Job Duties: Review, evaluate, approved and implement delivery plans for the Business unit. Manage Delivery activities involved in Rail Transportation projects. Review, assign and align current project initiatives to meet new and/or existing requirements. Approve delivery plans as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. Evaluate and approve project progress report. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and take responsibility for client satisfaction. Develop and implement budgets for delivery projects and allocate the budget to different projects to ensure each project is on schedule. Develop and implement guidelines for various projects and make decisions to address the program goals and needs. Execute necessary steps to maintain operational health of the business with respect to project deliverables and customer satisfaction index. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at Rail Transportation customers in North America. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Manage the daily work activities of direct reportees and advise on operational guidelines and direction. Manage the SMEs and Quality Assurance teams aligned with the account. Keep the team abreast of company's goals and client's expectations and change. Conduct regular delivery and post-delivery reviews of the projects with the team to discuss and resolve serious escalation issues. Advise HR department of recommendations, promotions and title elevations of all managerial and technical members of the team. Suggest salary increase based on the staff's performance. Review and approve cost estimates, budges and schedules for assignments crucial to clients. Review, analyze and forecast requirement, expenditures and variances for various projects. Develop and implement financial objective for various programs. Manage project budgets by determining appropriate revenue recognition, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and evaluate receivables for the project. Collaborate with leaders of various delivery streams to ensure proper delivery, quality of service and customer satisfaction met to improve organizational strategic goals, tactical and operational governance.


Field of study: Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Management or Management Information Systems.
