Project Manager (IT)

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage IT projects and programs, ensuring their success and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong project/program management skills with knowledge in the use of portfolio and project management tools.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Strong SharePoint editor/publisher skills.
• Strong Smartsheet and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Basic Salesforce platform navigation and report creation.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from sizing and scoping to implementation, closure, and handoff to support.
• Build project plans, including necessary deliverables and schedules.
• Manage project/program stakeholders, including core team, steering committees, vendors, and others as applicable.
• Provide regular reports and status updates to management, stakeholders, and others.
• Document process standards as required.
