Identify gaps, redundancies, unnecessary steps, handoffs, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Challenge stakeholder assumptions and uncover process steps that may not be explicitly documented.
Develop recommendations for a more streamlined and strategic future-state process.
Balance process efficiency with regulatory requirements, risk considerations, and required controls.
Help determine the appropriate level of rigor based on the risk and complexity of the supplier/request.
Coordinate approximately 5 6 workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned and moving forward.
Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, gather missing information, document decisions, and ensure work does not get lost.
Facilitate meetings with large groups, smaller teams, and individual process owners.
Build stakeholder alignment and buy-in around current-state findings and future-state recommendations.
