Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise all facets of the JFK job including Terminals 1 & 6

• Scheduling, Liaison between EC and GC, Applicable Change Orders, Percentage of Completion (Revenue Recognition)

• Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide our sales force with the most cost-effective solution for both material and labor

• Prepare submittals and permitting documents as well as O&M Manuals and As-Builts upon job completion

• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

• Management and logistical support of multiple ongoing projects

• Manpower coordination/Sub-contractor management

• Permitting and inspection coordination with AHJ

Basic Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED

• Minimum 10 years experience project management large jobs

• Customer service experience

• NYCFD S-98

• Knowledge of NYC FD code requirements

• Valid Driver License required

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
