Description

* Lead luxury residential projects from start to finish
* Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
* Coordinate design, preconstruction, and field activities
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Ensure quality, safety, and project delivery standards

Profile

* Experience managing luxury residential construction
* Strong knowledge of custom home building processes
* Proven ability to lead complex renovations and new builds
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Client-focused approach with attention to detail

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000-$140,000+ (higher for exceptional candidates) + bonus + benefits
