Our client is an established and growing construction organization recognized for delivering complex commercial and institutional projects across their region. Known for their collaborative culture, commitment to quality, and focus on client relationships, they continue to expand their education portfolio and are seeking a K-12 Project Manager to support ongoing growth.

The K-12 Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for overseeing multiple education sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school districts, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and ensure consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets, contract administration, change orders, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure project schedules and quality standards are achieved
• Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications

For the K-12 Project Manager we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience within the construction industry
• Experience managing K-12, higher education, municipal, or institutional construction projects
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control
• Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects successfully
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
