Job Description
- Manage ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $15M or more
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and risk to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead project documentation, reporting, and contract administration
- Utilize construction software platforms to support estimating, takeoffs, and project delivery
- Drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction across all project phases

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued at $15M+
- Background in education, institutional, concrete, masonry, or similar commercial projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
- Experience working with Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work within commuting distance of the organization's regional office locations
