We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in K-12 Construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically those related to K-12 school facilities with a project value of $50M+. The role demands a high level of responsibility, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager for K-12 Construction, you will:
1. Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitor the progress of the project against these plans.
4. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and delays.
5. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the project.
6. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.
7. Resolve any problems or issues that arise during the construction process, making critical decisions as necessary to keep the project on track.
8. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
9. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role, candidates must possess:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in K-12 school construction projects with a project value of $50M+.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
7. Thorough knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant technology.
9. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
