Project Manager

Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Profile

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
