Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Building and Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia and King of Prussia markets. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved.

Description

• Manage construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and turnover documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and repeat business.

Profile

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project controls, and contract administration.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong financial and organizational skills.
• OSHA certification and industry certifications are a plus.
