Position: Project Manager Reports to: Creative Pastor Position type: Exempt, Full-Time Position Summary: The Project Manager serves as the organizational hub of the Creative Team, ensuring that projects move efficiently from vision to execution. This role oversees Project intake, prioritization, timeline, communication, and workflow management. The Project Manager helps the Creative Team deliver high-quality creative solutions that support the vision of inspiring people to follow Jesus. Strong organizational management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills System & Workflow management to improve operational efficiency RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the intake, scheduling, assigning and prioritization Develop and maintain project timelines Facilitate communications between ministries and the Creative Team Optimize and Maintain project workflow systems and processes Lead Weekly Project planning meetings with active project updates Coordinate resource allocation across graphic design, film, communication, social media, and other creative outlets Manage Team Dropbox / File Storage Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration and accountability while supporting the spiritual and professional growth of the Creative Team Oversee administrative tasks as required for Creative Team Other duties as assigned by Creative Pastor Physical Job Requirements Typically a 5 day work week (Sunday-Thursday), with some irregular hours, fluctuating based on needs. Work will be in an office environment but also with time outside of the office. Potential travel for project based needs. May be required to lift items over 30lbs.
